چکیده

در عصر حاضر با پیشرفت روزافزون علم، مهندسی ژنتیک، بستر مناسبی را برای تولید حیوانات تراریخته در راستای دستیابی به اهداف مهم علمی فراهم آورده است. حال، علیرغم تولید روزافزون این قسم جانداران، یکی از مسائل مبتلابه در رابطه با آنان، بررسی حلیت یا حرمت این نوع از حیوانات و به تبع آن جواز یا عدم جواز انتفاع از فراورده های آنان در جامعه اسلامی است. لذا نظر به ضرورت بررسی این موضوع، پژوهش حاضر به شیوه توصیفی- تحلیلی به تبیین میزان اثربخشی اصلاح ژنتیکی در جواز مصرف فرآورده های حیوان تراریخته پرداخته است. یافته ها حاکی از آن است که در فرض تاثیر اصلاح ژنتیکی در ماهیت حیوان تراریخته، این فرایند می تواند در تعیین حکم مختص به حیوان، موثر واقع شده و به تبع آن جواز انتفاع از فرآورده های این قسم از جانداران را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. در غیر این صورت، حتی بر فرض وقوع تغییر ژنتیکی در حیوان، اصلاح ژنتیکی، نقشی در تعیین حکم حیوان تراریخته نخواهد داشت.

چکیده [English]

In today's era, with the increasing progress of science, genetic engineering has provided a suitable platform for the production of transgenic animals in order to achieve important scientific goals. Now, despite the increasing production of these types of animals, one of the problems related to them is to examine the sanctity of this type of animals and, accordingly, the permissibility or impermissibility of profiting from their products in the Islamic society. Therefore, due to the necessity of investigating this issue, the present research has explained the effectiveness of genetic modification in the consumption of transgenic animal products in a descriptive-analytical way. The findings indicate that assuming the effect of genetic modification on the nature of the transgenic animal, this process can be effective in determining the ruling specific to the animal and consequently affect the license to benefit from the products of this type of animal. Otherwise, even assuming the occurrence of genetic change in the animal, genetic modification will not play a role in determining the verdict of the transgenic animal.
