Abstract
Shariah rulings are all mandatory and conditional rulings that have been arranged by the Shariah on various issues. On the other hand, every ruling is subject to its subject, and until the subject is known and explained, its ruling cannot be issued correctly. The three titles of negligence, forgetfulness, and forgetfulness are three titles that have been used in jurisprudence and sometimes in the principles of jurisprudence, and rulings have been made on them. However, the meaning of these three titles and the border between them have not been properly explained. The purpose of this research, which is written in descriptive-analytical method, is to explain the meaning of these titles and express their differences from each other. It seems that by examining the vocabulary and paying attention to the use of these words in the verses and traditions as well as the words of the jurists, it is possible to explain their meaning and determine the limits of each one. The results of this research show that neglect is both forgetfulness and mistake, and these two titles have differences with each other, although sometimes they are used interchangeably.
