The Journal of Studies in Islamic Law & Jurisprudence is an open access, peer review and Semiannual journal. It is an official journal of Faculty of Human Sciences at Semnan University(Iran), which founded in 2009 and was published Semiannually initially, but its publication frequency is quarterly now. The main scope of journal is Islamic Law & Jurisprudence. This Journal accepts Original research articles, Short Communications and Letters to the Editor in the fields of Islamic Law & Jurisprudence. In 2010, it received a scientific research rank from the Secretariat of the Scientific Publications Review Commission of the country, and now it is one of the approved and indexed journals in the Islamic World Science Citation Database.
