Abstract
The relationship between the child and the parents is one of the relationships that are created naturally with the birth of the child. Without needing to validate this relationship. In the meantime, one of the new methods of having children is surrogacy; that there is a difference of opinion in the resulting ratio between mother and child; The statement that if a baby is born from the womb of a foreign woman and the egg and sperm are from the parents, who is the relative mother? This result was obtained in the leading article; from the point of view of the verses and traditions, sharing in mercy (inheritance) and sharing in the egg (genetics) can play a significant role in the creation of a natural and developmental relationship. The law and credit matters do not have the power to deny the relationship and the real and developmental relationship resulting from the development of the sperm in the surrogate's womb. Therefore, what is taken from the Qur'an and hadiths is that such a baby has two mothers.The mother who owns the egg and the mother who owns the uterus; As some jurists also have such a fatw.And it seems that this ruling originates from the natural and developmental relationship between the owner of the womb and the fetus..
