Abstract

For those who are familiar with the law, the first meaning which is understood from the term “territory” is the one which is referred to and discussed as related to the estates lands, wells, subterranean canal (qanats), springs and the like. Nevertheless, what is discussed in this paper is a dialect’s territory and whether dialects and accents also have territories or not? Is it acceptable to ridicule a dialect or accent with the purpose of making a comedy show which can amuse and entertain some people? I have tried to show that there is such territory and no one has the right to enter that territory.
