And one of the examples of this appearance is the word absolute and binding, which has many jurisprudential, legal and customary effects and effects, and each of these two titles has separate and different effects, therefore, in the positions of absolute and binding usage. Because it is important for us to understand the true meaning of the speaker, and in doubtful cases, we must understand the speaker's meaning and act on it, therefore, the understanding of the speaker's words depends on the introduction or preliminaries, which are interpreted as preliminaries of wisdom or analogy of wisdom. Therefore, examining the principles of wisdom and its application in various cases is of particular importance, because the application of these principles in many fields, including the field of jurisprudence and the inference of Sharia rulings, the principles of subject law, and people's conversations It is seen and needed by them, so it is necessary to deal with this issue in a specialized way, that the most important of this introduction is that the theologian is in the position of expression.
