Abstract
A paradigm is a set of values, assumptions and common beliefs of members of the scientific community. One of the origins of the paradigm maker is fame, which, despite the help it gives to the category of understanding, causes limitations in the knowledge component.
In the term of the science of principles of jurisprudence, reputation is analyzed in three categories: the frequency of narrators of a hadith, the popularity of a fatwa, or the prevalence of an action, which are respectively called narrative, fatwa, and practical reputation. Considering the suitability of the paradigm debate with practical reputation and fatwa reputation, these two cases have been analyzed in the framework of the paradigm.
The popularity of a topic among experts creates a presumption of infallibility in that specialized field, which, like a fence, is considered an obstacle for new approaches and creativity. At the same time, paradigmatic studies and the movement towards self-awareness lead them to a pure and impartial understanding and to take a step towards the truth.
The present essay deals with the criticism of fame with a descriptive analytical method in order to explain the disturbances it brings to the category of knowledge and answers the question that if the paradigm changes, what will be the task of famous issues based on that paradigm.
In the investigation, we came to the conclusion that due to the sacredness of the revelation, the famous issues and its inferences are also sanctified, hence the famous ones usually have a longer life even than the paradigms that made them. This issue has even been considered by the advanced jurists, so that they have raised discussions about it in jurisprudence books.
