The disease is caused by a defect in the mother's gamete, for this reason, doctors try to put the mother gamete nucleus in the gamete without the donor female nucleus to ensure the future health of the child with the aim of treating and preventing with mitochondrial diseases. Due to the recent emergence of this issue, the problem of child parentage has not been analyzed. Therefore, in this paper, we aim to answer the question whether the birth of such children can be the source of a relative relationship between all three parents. In order to respond to this question, in order to respond to this question, by considering the current farash and the customary reason, the child has considered the assignment of the sperm to the owner of sperm according to medical proofs, the study of the role of cell nucleus in the transfer of genetic characteristics also, in terms of the true cause and the analogy of the jurists, the woman owner of the gamete and the owner of the uterus, the mother of the baby is known. یکی از دستاوردهای بشر در درمان بیماری ­های میتوکندریایی، روش انتقال میتوکندری است. این بی ماری به دلیل نقص در تخمک مادر رخ می ­دهد، به همین منظور پزشکان با قرار دادن هسته تخمک مادر در تخمک فاقد هسته زن دیگری، سعی دارند تا با هدف درمان و جلوگیری از بروز بیماری ­های میتوکندریایی، سلامت آینده کودک را تضمین نمایند. به دلیل نوظهور بودن این موضوع هنوز مسأله نسب کودکان حاصل از چنین فرایندی واکاوی نشده است. لذا در این مقاله با بررسی نسب پدری و مادری فرزند حاصل از چنین روشی درصدد پاسخگویی به این سؤال هستیم که آیا تولد چنین کودکانی می­تواند منشأ رابطه نسبی بین هر سه والد باشد؟ بدین منظور با روش توصیفی تحلیلی در راستای پاسخ به این سؤال با در نظر گرفتن اماره فراش و دلیل عرفی، انتساب کودک به صاحب اسپرم را قطعی پنداشته و در ادامه جهت تعیین مادر کودک با استناد به ادله پزشکی، به واکاوی نقش هسته سلول در انتقال ویژگی ­های وراثتی پرداخته و نیز با لحاظ علت حقیقی و قیاس اولویّت و اقوال فقها، زن صاحب هسته تخمک و صاحب رحم، مادر کودک شناخته شده است.   https://feqh.semnan.ac.ir/article_4903_55a2e0a07ef4ee180cd6a2eb2ae8d8d1.pdf
